This awesome band t-shirt celebrates Huey Lewis and the News. It features double-sided graphics that pay tribute to the group's fourth studio album Fore!, that was released back in 1986. The graphics match the album's cover, showing off a photo of the band at Tamalpais High School in Mill Valley, California. This was the alma mater of band members Bill Gibson, Mario Cipollina, and Sean Hopper.
Fore! featured some of the group's most beloved hits including "Stuck With You", Doing It All For My Baby", "Jacob's Ladder", and "I Know What I Like". It also featured the widely popular "Hip to Be Square", that was even praised in the film American Psycho. The movie includes a scene where Christian Bale's character waxes poetic about the release, saying its their "most accomplished album".
Fore! was released only a year after the band provided two songs for the soundtrack of the Robert Zemeckis' blockbuster hit, Back to the Future. These included "The Power of Love" and "Back in Time". Frontman, Huey Lewis also got to make a cameo in the movie. He appears as a faculty member during Marty McFly's audition for the battle of the bands. Lewis is the one to interrupt the audition and tell Marty "I'm afraid you're just too darn loud".
Fits like a modern unisex adult small.
