This cool tee is a keepsake from the 1984 Olympics in Los Angeles, and it specifically highlights the water polo tournament that took place at the Raleigh Runnels Memorial Pool in Malibu. LA84 was praised for being one of the most financially successful iterations of the modern Olympic Games. The city was able to significantly cut down on costs by using several preexisting sports complexes located both in and outside of LA.
Twelve different nations wound up competing in the water polo tournament, with the Yugoslavia team eventually taking the gold. The United States came in a close second, with West Germany taking the bronze. Although his team didn't win any medals for the sport, the top scorer was Manuel Estiarte from Spain, with 34 goals.
The tag says medium but this shirt fits like a modern unisex adult small. There are some small spots and repairs along the bottom, see pics.
