This dark brown t-shirt features an iron on graphic promoting the first installment of the Atari video game series Swordquest, titled Earthworld. Swordquest was designed to have four parts, each named after a different element: Earthworld, Fireworld, Waterworld, and Airworld. Each game was given an accompanying comic book produced by DC Comics, which explained the lore, and also contained the solution to a major puzzle that contributed to a massive overarching contest. Atari's original goal was to create a massive real life quest that offered the chance at winning prizes worth around $150,000. This elaborate endeavor never came to fruition however, as the competition tanked midway through thanks to the video game crash of 1983. Since then the mysterious unawarded prizes have become something of an urban legend within the gaming community.

Despite the series never getting finished, Swordquest managed to be one of the first action-adventure videos games ever introduced. The games combined the narrative and logic elements found typically in the adventure genre with the twitch gameplay used mostly in action games. The games required players to move through a maze of rooms, whose themes varied depending on the game. For Earthworld the rooms were themed around the Western Zodiac. Completing the puzzles within the game didn't just help to complete the game, but also unlocked special keywords that were needed to participate in the larger overarching contest set up by Atari.

Earthworld spawned over 5000 entries from players to participate in the contest, however out of those 5000 entries only eight of them included the correct code. From those entries, one player Stephen Bell, was awarded a "Talisman of Penultimate Truth" which consisted of an 18-karat gold disc studded with 12 diamonds and the birthstones of the 12 zodiac signs, and outfitted with a white gold sword.
