This awesome jersey was made by Nike for the Arsenal Football Club. This style of jersey was worn in the late 90s by the team's star goalkeeper, David Seaman. The jersey was also made around the same time that the Gunners earned a Premier League and FA Cup double, under the leadership of their newly appointed manager Arsene Wenger. This exciting double victory occurred not long after the team nearly became the first to ever successfully defend their European Cup Winner's Cup title.

After winning the trophy during the 1993-1994 season, the Gunners' returned to the Winner's Cup Final the following season. This was thanks to a stunning performance from Seaman in the Semi-Final against U.C. Sampdoria. The game came down to a penalty shoot out, and Seamon was able to successfully defend three of the five shots taken, despite the fact that he was playing with two broken ribs.
