This sweet concert tee is from a 1990-1991 tour for the German heavy metal band, Scorpions. Titled the Tease Me Please Me Tour, after the album's debut single, this tour was launched to promote the group's eleventh studio album, Crazy World. This release is often remembered for the song "Wind of Change" which became a worldwide hit that was associated with the Revolutions of 1989 and the Fall of the Berlin Wall. With around 14 million copies sold, "Wind of Change" is one of the best-selling singles of all time.

Crazy World was a huge commercial success, and it became Scorpions' second best-selling album in the US after their 1984 release Love At First Sting. This was the band's final release to feature their Lovedrive-era lineup, which consisted of Klaus Meine, Rudolf Schenker, Mattias Jabs, Francis Buchholz, and Herman Rarebell. After this promotional tour, Buchholz, the band's long-time bassist, chose to depart from the group.
