This awesome double-sided tee is for the B-52s, and it commemorates their Cosmic Thing Tour that was launched in 1989. This was the group's first concert tour since the tragic loss of their guitarist, Ricky Wilson. Wilson passed just a few months after the band recorded their fourth studio album, Bouncing off the Satellites. The album was released roughly a year later, but the band needed time to grieve before they were ready to continue recording and performing. Cosmic Thing marked the band's epic return, and the record became the best-selling album in the US for 1990.

Cosmic Thing peaked at the No. 4 spot on the Billboard 200, and it featured the hit singles, "Deadbeat Club", "Roam", and what became the band's signature song, "Love Shack". According to the band, one of the inspirations behind "Love Shack" was a real life location, a club in their hometown of Athens, Georgia called the Hawaiian Ha-Le. "Love Shack" was actually the last song to be recorded for Cosmic Thing, and it almost didn't make the album, as it was still in development. With the help of producer Don Was, the band was able to refine it, and the song was later given an accompanying music video directed by Adam Bernstein, the same director responsible for the videos for the Beastie Boys' "Hey Ladies" and Sir Mix-a-Lot's "Baby Got Back".

Fits like a modern unisex adult XXXL or 3XL. There is a small hole in the collar, see pics.
