This sweet vintage concert tee celebrates the B-52s and their Cosmic Thing Tour, which promoted their 1989 album of the same name. This was the band's first tour following the tragic loss of their guitarist Ricky Wilson in 1985. The future was uncertain for the group after Wilson's death, but after taking some time to mourn they returned with a vengeance, releasing one of the top ten best-selling albums of 1990.

Cosmic Thing peaked at the No. 4 spot on the Billboard 200, and included iconic hits like "Roam", "Deadbeat Club", and what arguably became the band's best known song, "Love Shack". The music video for "Love Shack" earned the B-52s two awards at the 1990 MTV VMAs, one of which was for Best Group Video. The video was directed by Adam Bernstein, the same man responsible for Sir Mix-a-Lot's "Baby Got Back Video", and it also featured RuPaul making his first mainstream appearance.

The tag says large but this shirt fits like a modern unisex adult medium. There is some light discoloration on the front, see pics.
