This awesome shirt celebrates the band Def Leppard and the promotional tour for their 1987 album Hysteria. This was band's first studio album since they released their breakout hit Pyromania in 1983. Even though recording began in 1984, the project ran into multiple delays, including the aftermath of drummer Rick Allen's car accident. In December of 1984, Allen was involved in an accident that led to the amputation of his left arm. However, this did little to deter him from his music career.
Allen worked tirelessly to master drumming with his new handicap, and he also worked with the brand Simmons to design his own custom drum kit. The hard work paid off and Hysteria became Def Leppard's best selling album to date. It reached number one in both the US and the UK, and spawned seven hit singles, that included songs like "Animal", "Love Bites", "Armageddon It", and arguably their best known song, "Pour Some Sugar on Me".
Fits like a modern unisex adult medium. This shirt is soft with some small holes and a busted seam along the back, see pics.
