This vintage muscle tee is for the English rock band The Fixx and the shirt is a keepsake from their 1984 Phantom Tour of North America which helped to promote their third studio album Phantoms. The album featured the popular US hit "Are We Ourselves?" which peaked at the number 15 spot on the Billboard Hot 100 and was aided by a popular music video on MTV. The artwork from the front of the shirt is the same as the album's cover art. The image was drawn by George Underwood who also illustrated the band's other releases Reach the Beach, Calm Animals, and Beautiful Friction.  

The Fixx was first started in 1979 by college friends Cy Curnin and Adam Woods. They placed an ad for additional members and eventually recruited Rupert Greenall, Tony McGrail, and Russell McKenzie. McKenzie and McGrail were later replaced by Charlie Barrett and Jamie West-Oram respectively. Over the years the band came to be known for their songs "One Thing Leads to Another", "Saved by Zero", and "Secret Separation", all of which breached the Top 20 of the Billboard Hot 100.
