This awesome tee is for the English new wave band The Psychedelic Furs, which was founded by Richard Butler and his brother Tim. The group is often best remembered for providing the titular song in John Hughes' classic teen film Pretty in Pink. This shirt features the cover art from another one of the band's singles, "The Ghost in You", which was released in 1984.
This was the second single off the band's fourth studio album, Mirror Moves, which also featured the tracks "Heaven", "Heartbeat", and "Here Come Cowboys". Mirror Moves became the band's second album to be certified gold in the US, and in the year after its release, Robert Smith of the Cure cited it as one of his top five favorite albums. The music video for "The Ghost in You" was also directed by Tim Pope, who became known for directing more than 37 videos for the Cure.
Fits like a modern unisex adult large. There are two repairs on the front and some tiny holes on the back, see pics.
