This sweet raglan concert tee commemorates a 1981 world tour by the band Van Halen. The tour was launched the same year as the group's fourth studio album, Fair Warning, which peaked at the number five spot on the Billboard 200. During this era, Van Halen was touring non-stop, and they never took any longer than two weeks to record an album. They had grown into one of the most commercially successful rock bands of the early 80s, and become known for hits like "Runnin' with the Devil", "You Really Got Me", and "Everybody Wants Some!!"
However as their success grew, so did tensions within the band, as Eddie Van Halen's desire for darker songs clashed with David Lee Roth's preference for pop hits. In 1984 the band scored their first and only number one single with the song "Jump" off the album, 1984. However this release also marked the end of an era for the band, as it was their final album before Roth departed to launch his solo career.
Fits like a modern unisex adult medium. There is some discoloration on the right sleeve when wearing, see pics.
