This sweet t-shirt promotes the Black Crowes, an American rock band formed in Atlanta, Georgia in 1984.  They are a blues oriented hard rock jam band and have sold over 15 million albums. They went on their High as the Moon Tour at the height of their fame in 1992. The album, High as the Moon Live  was recorded live at the Sam Houston Coliseum in Houston, Texas and released a year after the tour. The song "No Speak No Slave" was the most played song on the tour, totaling at 141 times.

The band hired a pianist, Eddie Harsch, in 1991 and made him a permanent member during the High as the Moon Tour. While on tour they released the studio album The Southern Harmony and Musical Companion. The album reached the number one spot on the Billboard 200 and went platinum twice in the US. They also released four singles from the album which reached the top of the Hot Mainstream Rock Tracks Chart. They included "Thorn in My Pride," "Sting Me," "Remedy'" and "Hotel Illness."
