This awesome shirt commemorates the 1994 Foundations Forum that was held at the Burbank Hilton in California. This marked the 7th annual edition of this innovative heavy metal music convention, which was pioneered by Concrete Marketing. In January 1988, the company had created the first industry trade magazine for the heavy metal genre, Foundations. They then took it a step further by creating the Foundations Forum, an industry convention exclusively for hard rock music, and they invited Sharon Osbourne to be the keynote speaker for the inaugural year.

The 1994 Forum was preceded by a launch party at the Palace in Hollywood, hosted by Mercury Records. Bands showcased that year also included Biohazard, Korn, Bile, Dream Theater, Machine Head, Fates Warning, Overkill, Monster Voodoo Machine, Wool, Paradise Lost, Pushmonkey, and Blackthorne, just to name a few.
