This sweet shirt is for the band The Alarm, and it commemorates their No Frontiers Tour, which was designed to promote their latest album, Change. The tour was named for a track off the album, "No Frontiers", although the graphic on this tee was originally used for the cover of  one of their earliest singles, "Marching On". The Alarm was formed in Wales during the early 80s, and they're arguably best known for the 1983 single "Sixty Eight Guns".

Change was the group's fourth studio album, released at the end of the decade. It was considered an homage to their home country, and they even released a Welsh-language version of the album, titled Newid. During this era, the group was touring extensively in both Europe and the US. Change also spawned the band's biggest US hit, "Sold Me Down the River", which made it into the top 50 of the Billboard Hot 100.
