This awesome tank top pays tribute to the Scottish punk band, The Exploited, who emerged out of the UK street punk scene in the late 70s. They are remembered for spearheading the UK 82 movement, before developing into a crossover thrash band. This shirt features the same artwork of a mohawk-wearing skull, that was used for the cover of the band's 1996 album, Beat the Bastards.
The skull with a mohawk, has long been used to represent the Exploited, and the image was first showcased on the cover of their 1983 album Let's Start a War. That particular cover graphic was actually created by frequent Metallica collaborator, Pushead, although he went uncredited for the image. Since its debut, the skull has often been seen as a representation of lead vocalist and sole consistent member, Wattie Buchan with his signature red mohawk.
Fits like a modern unisex adult large. There is a hole along the seam of the left shoulder when wearing, see pics.
