This cool vintage ringer commemorates the first ever Saginaw Bay Marathon, which was held at Delta College in Michigan. The event was held in spring of 1978, and it was organized by the Bay Area Runners Club and Saginaw Track Club with help from Delta College. This was one of the earliest events from the Bay Area Runners Club, which had been founded just a year earlier by Larry Sundberg and Al Kayner.

Fits like a modern unisex adult medium. There are some small holes, see pics.
