This wonderful tee features a beautiful ornate graphic advertising Olympia Beer, and it includes the slogan, "It's the water". This tag line refers to Olympia's unique brewing process, which used to utilize water from artesian wells, and the slogan actually dates all the way back to the early days of the Olympia Brewing Company in 1902. That was the year that the Capital Brewing Company in Tumwater, Washington changed its name to Olympia. Over time, Olympia grew into a popular regional brand before it eventually expanded nationwide. From there it went on to become one of the most popular beers of the 1970s.
This shirt was made in the 70s, and it features a graphic inspired by the Art Nouveau revival that began in the late 60s. The image also gives a nod to Olympia Beer's storied history, which began around the same time that the Art Nouveau style first emerged.
Fits like a modern unisex adult medium. This shirt is soft with some small holes and spots, see pics.
