This super soft and vibrant tee features a comical cartoon graphic of a literal "river rat" driving a speedboat with a mug of beer in hand. The graphic on this tee is a sweet send up of the sort of over-the-top graphics that were showcased in underground comix and hot rod magazines during the 60s and 70s. In particular, this shirt shows off the influence that Ed "Big Daddy" Roth had on the emerging graphic tee industry of the mid 20th century. Roth is arguably best remembered for creating the Kustom Kulture icon known as Rat Fink, and the cartoon rodent featured here definitely bears some similarities to Fink.

The tag says large but this shirt fits like a modern unisex adult medium. This shirt is soft, thin, and distressed with some thin spots and runs, see pics.
