This cool vintage sweatshirt pays tribute to Bedlam, a hardcore punk band from New Jersey, and the graphic reads, "Garden State Noise". Bedlam was part of the east coast hardcore scene during the mid-80s, during which they played alongside other New Jersey bands like Bodies in Panic, Pleased Youth, Sacred Denial, and Children in Adult Jails, as well as more well-known groups from the New York scene like Agnostic Front and Reagan Youth.  

The band consisted of James Dunlevy, Tommy Koprowski, Frank Greco, Stephen Gawryluk, and Scott Frank, and they only produced one full-length album during their time together. This album was released through the New Jersey based label Buy Our Records, which was started by members of another local band, Adrenline O.D., to showcase music from the New Jersey scene.
