This cool race tee is from the 7th Annual JC Penney Run for Easter Seals, which took place in 1985. This five mile run was designed to raise money for the nonprofit Easterseals, which is dedicated to providing services and support to those living with disabilities. This fundraising event was held in Miami, and the city's local JC Penney served as the sponsor, and the starting and finishing point.  

The tag says small but this shirt fits like a modern unisex adult extra small. There are some small holes near the shoulders, see pics.
