This awesome vintage rock tee was issued to staff during Bon Jovi's 7800 Degrees Fahrenheit Tour in 1985. The tour commemorated the band's second studio album of the same name, and the album's title is a reference to the supposed melting point of rock. The album's cover art introduced what would eventually come to be the classic 1980s Bon Jovi logo and this logo is also pictured on the front of this shirt.

7800 Degrees Fahrenheit spent 104 weeks on the Billboard 200 and eventually went platinum. It included the hit tracks "Only Lonely" and "In and Out of Love", and has remained a fan favorite over the years. However, Bon Jovi themselves don't hold much regard for the album and its songs weren't often featured on future set lists. The group still wasn't satisfied with their sound at that point in their career and the album became overlooked by the group in favor of their next release Slipper When Wet, which launched the band to super stardom with hits like "You Give Love a Bad Name", "Wanted Dead or Alive", and possibly their most well known song "Livin' on a Prayer".

7800 Degrees did offer the band notable touring opportunities. They headlined venues in both Japan and Europe to promote the album and opened for Ratt in the US. They also were invited to play at the 1985 Monsters of Rock festival and the first ever Farm Aid.
