This sweet vintage shirt is a souvenir from Don Casey Basketball Camp. Don Casey was a former professional and collegiate basketball coach that was born in Collingswood, New Jersey. He began coaching high school basketball before landing a position at Temple University, and he later went on to coach NBA teams like the Los Angeles Clippers and New Jersey Nets. Casey was an important part of the local basketball community in the Philadelphia and New Jersey area, and he used his talents and knowledge to hold annual basketball camps for young athletes. Some of his former pupils included Bill Melchionni and New York Knicks president, Leon Rose.

This shirt was printed on a classic Nike brand tee, and it features Nike's famous swoosh logo on the back. It was made in the 80s, the same decade that Casey made the leap from college basketball to the NBA. That was also the decade that Nike really began to take off.
