80s Sigonella Seabees Can Do Navy Construction t-shirt Small

This sweet v-neck was made to celebrate the Seabees stationed at the United States Naval Air Station in Sigonella, Italy. The Seabees is the nickname given to the Naval Construction Battalion, and it comes from the group's initials of CB. This soft rayon blend tee has both the Seabees logo, with their bumblebee mascot, and their motto, "Can Do".
This shirt was made in the 80s, and during that decade the Seabees of NMCB 133 uncovered something rather interesting while they were installing sidewalks in the station's housing area. The sailors discovered a stockpile of German anti-aircraft ammunition that had apparently been buried there during the Battle of Sicily back in World War II.
Fits like a modern unisex adult small. There is a bit of wear around the neck, see pics. This shirt is very soft.
