This fun bright orange tee is for the Houston Science Fiction Society or HSFS as the futuristic looking logo on the front spells out. The society was founded in the late 60s by Lisa Tuttle with Joanne Burger serving as its first president. The group was created as a way for individuals to get together and enjoy fun and intellectual conversations centering around the science fiction fandom. The group brought people with a common interest together in a pre-internet age and even attempted to create their own science fiction convention with sci fi author Ben Bova as its guest of honor.
The tag says large but this shirt fits like a modern unisex adult medium
