This cool vintage raglan tee is for the band Lynyrd Skynyrd and the graphic is made to resemble a Jack Daniels Whiskey label but the location Lynchburg, Tennessee is replaced by Jacksonville, Florida which is where the band was first formed. The group released their debut self-titled album in 1973, and it included some of their most popular songs including "Gimme Three Steps", "Simple Man", "Tuesday's Gone", and the iconic "Free Bird" which helped to launch the band to national stardom.
Lynyrd Skynyrd helped to popularize the Southern rock genre. They gained fame while they played on the Who's Quadrophenia tour and their second album, Second Helping, introduced the world to the top ten single "Sweet Home Alabama". They continued to release more albums such as Nuthin' Fancy and Gimme Back My Bullets. Then tragedy struck in 1977 when a plane crash killed members Ronnie Van Zant and Steve Gaines after a performance at the Greenville Memorial Auditorium. The band went on a hiatus for many years before reuniting in 1987.
Fits like a modern unisex adult extra small. There are small spots on the side, see pics.
