This awesome button down is a classic bowling shirt from the 1960s. This shirt is decorated with some striped ribbon accents, and chain stitched lettering. Like many authentic bowling shirts from back in the day, this one has been personalized with the name of its former owner and a business that likely sponsored their bowling team. The front has the name Mel written above the chest pocket. Meanwhile the back reads, " Best Donuts 4257 P.C.H. Torrance". While this location along the Pacific Coast Highway later came to be occupied by a different donut shop, there is still a southern California business called Best Donuts. However, it's hard to discern if the Best Donuts in Hermosa Beach is related to the one referenced here.
