This sweet tee was made for the staff of the 1979 Alaska State Fair. The fair has been happening since the mid-30s, and located in Palmer since 1967. The fair is well known for giant vegetable competitions, rides, food, and games. The Alaska State Fair has hosted many outstanding live performances, and in 1960, President John F. Kennedy even payed a special visit to the fair.
