This vintage shirt started as just a simple cotton tee from Sears, but it's been customized with a quirky monster illustration that's straight out of the late 60s and early 70s. The graphic appears to have been hand drawn directly onto the shirt, making this tee a one-of-a-kind piece of vintage apparel. While the image doesn't feature any artist signature, it very closely resembles a character drawn by the legendary artist Stanley Mouse.

Mouse would eventually become known for his psychedelic poster art, and frequent collaborations with Alton Kelley, but he originally came to prominence through the custom car scene. Inspired by the world of hot rod art, Mouse used to paint and sell t-shirts at custom car shows alongside other low brow art legends like Ed "Big Daddy" Roth. He created several monster characters to compete with Roth's famous Rat Fink, and one of them resembled the four-eyed fiend pictured here, which Mouse dubbed Rebop.

Fits like a modern unisex adult medium. There is a hole near the collar and a busted seam along the bottom, see pics.
