This cool vintage ringer shows off Bibendum, although he's more commonly known in the States as the Michelin Tire Man. Sometimes referred to as Bib or Bibelobias, this friendly character serves as the mascot for the Michelin tire company. Bib was first conceived during a 1894 Universal and Colonial Exhibition that was staged in Lyon, France. This makes him one of the world's oldest trademarks to still be actively used. Brothers and co-founders Edouard and Andre Michelin were attending the exhibition when they saw a stack of tires resembling a human figure. Their vision for the Michelin tire man was later brought to life by French cartoonist Marius Rossillon, also known as O'Galop.

Since its conception in 1889, Michelin has grown into the second largest tire manufacturer in the world, and they are also known for their travel guides, road maps, and the stars that they award to exceptional restaurants.

The tags says medium but this shirt fits like a modern unisex adult small.
