This vintage racing tee from the 70s features the Western Racing Association's mighty midget racing event in Phoenix, Arizona. These race cars are distinguished by their small size and narrow sporting tires. For these reasons, their races are relatively short.

The first midget car race took place in 1933 in Los Angeles under the Midget Auto Racing Association. Many famous IndyCar and NASCAR drivers competed in MARA races before advancing to the more well-known divisions, such as Jeff Gordon, Tony Stewart, A.J. Foyt, and Ryan Newman.
