This cool tee was made for a concert tour from the band Styx, that ran from 1978 to 1979. This tour helped to promote the band's eighth studio album, Pieces of Eight, and this shirt features a portrait of the band members: Dennis DeYoung, James Young, Tommy Shaw, and John and Chuck Panozzo.  Just like its predecessor The Grand Illusion, Pieces of Eight managed to reach triple platinum status, and it featured the singles "Blue Collar Man (Long Nights)", "Sing for the Day", and "Renegade".

The Grand Illusion had managed to be Styx's breakthrough album, and from the late 70s into the 80s the group enjoyed superstardom. They followed Pieces of Eight with the 1979 release, Cornerstone which contained the band's first ever number one hit, a ballad titled "Babe". The song also wound up becoming the group's first single to sell a million copies.

Fits like a modern unisex adult Extra Large. The back graphic is very faded, see pics.
