This sweet vintage Adidas tee has double sided graphics, which means double the dose of the Adidas Company's classic trefoil logo. The iconic design incorporates the same three stripe motif that's been a part of the Adidas branding since the early 1950s. The three stripes design was actually purchased from the Finnish sports company Karhu Sports, for the equivalent of about 1600 euros and two bottles of whiskey, and it has become a staple of the Adidas brand ever since.

Meanwhile the trefoil logo debuted in the early 70s, at the same time that Adidas chose to expand into manufacturing athletic apparel. The trefoil was introduced just in time for the 1972 Summer Olympics in Munich, and it was the company's primary logo until the three bars logo was launched in 1997.
