This amazing tee showcases a spoof of a spoof, as it advertises a fictional film called Attack of the Killer Buds. This of course is a reference to the 1978 movie Attack of the Killer Tomatoes, which itself was a loving parody of B-grade horror films. This shirt is copyright 1988, which was actually the year that the sequel Return of the Killer Tomatoes! was released. This film was notable for featuring a young George Clooney in one of his earliest film roles.  

This shirt features some amazing cartoon graphics of some anthropomorphized buds of marijuana. Pictured on the tee are The Killing Crew, Skunk E. Budd, The Hawaiian Killer, and The Deadly Ganja. While most people associate the 80s with drugs like cocaine, this shirt proves that weed culture was still quite strong during the decade.
