This awesome double-sided tee is for the stand up comedian Andrew Dice Clay, also known as "The Diceman", and the back proudly declares "Dice Rules". This was the title that was given to the stand up comedy film starring Dice Clay that was released in 1991. The movie documented his performances at Madison Square Garden at the beginning of the decade, performances which granted him the honor of being the first comedian to ever sell out two consecutive nights at the venue. The shows were also released on a comedy album titled Dice Rules, which was issued by Rick Rubin's Def American label.

This shirt is copyright 1988, the same year that Andrew Dice Clay reached his commercial breakthrough as a comedian. Dice Clay performed at an all male Big Brother Association dinner that allowed a slew of Hollywood royalty to be exposed to his act. He then rose to prominence thanks to his Diceman persona, which was a deliberately offensive character prone to off-color jokes. This sense of humor caused Dice Rules to be the first film to ever receive an NC-17 rating on language alone.
