This delicious treat was first produced for commercial use by the Hershey company back in 1926. Just like the Hershey Company, the syrup was reportedly invented by Milton Hershey himself.

Hershey's Chocolate is a multinational company that is headquartered in the small town of Hershey, Pennsylvania. The Derry Township community was actually founded by Milton Hershey as a way to provide housing and amenities to his factory workers.
