This cool sleeveless surf hoodie sports an amazing back graphic from Sunshine Designs. The company looks to have produced surfwear in the 80s, with the tagline "Surfin West". The 1980s were a popular era for surfwear, thanks to way surf culture had boomed during the 70s. As the sport began developing its own professional industry, apparel manufacturers jumped on the opportunity to strike up sponsorship deals with newly established pro surfers. This resulted in brands like Hurley, Ocean Pacific, and Quiksilver, who emerged  and made surf style fashionable both in and out of the water.
