This sweet raglan t-shirt celebrates Washington D.C. with a Smurf and Smurfette depicted in front of the United States Capital building with the words "Have a Smurfy Day!" This is an adorable tourist tee from the 80s. The Smurfs are beloved pop culture icons, first put into print in 1958 and introduced through the comic strip called Johan and Peewit.
