This amazing tee is a keepsake from the World Clown Association's second annual convention. The World Clown Association is an organization that was founded in the early 80s and it recognizes not only clowns, but also entertainers like jugglers, magicians, and face painters. It was started by Herb Metz, who had been the President of Clowns of America. Metz wanted to create a new organization for the clowning community, and he was determined to establish one where members could have a controlling stake. The first ever WCA convention was held in 1983 in Atlanta, Georgia.
