This amazing tee celebrates the third installment of Sam Raimi's original Evil Dead trilogy, Army of Darkness. Before Raimi gained mainstream popularity for his adaptation of Marvel's Spiderman, he was known for the Evil Dead franchise, which starred his longtime friend Bruce Campbell. Army of Darkness was as a direct sequel to the beloved cult classic Evil Dead II, and it saw Campbell reprise his iconic role as Ashley J. Williams.

Army of Darkness was made possible thanks to a production deal that Raimi struck with Universal Pictures, following the success of his 1990 film Darkman. Like the other films in the original Evil Dead trilogy, Army of Darkness failed to impress at the box office, but garnered a dedicated cult following. Unlike the other two movies, this third installation was set in the Middle Ages, and the film leaned heavily into the more comedic tone that was first introduced in Evil Dead II. Some of the series' most iconic quotes also came from this movie, including "gimme some sugar, baby", and "this is my boomstick!"
