This amazing double-sided shirt is for the hardcore punk band, Christ on a Crutch and it honors some of the band's releases from the early 90s. The front graphic references their song "Nation of Sheep", which appeared on the 1991 album Crime Pays When Pigs Die. The back meanwhile features imagery used for the cover of an EP that was released a year prior, titled Kill William Bennett!
It's safe to the assume that the EP was named in reference to the conservative politician, William Bennett, who was a former cabinet member during the Reagan presidency, and also a staunch supporter of the War on Drugs. Bennett even once suggested that it would be "morally plausible" to behead drug dealers, a statement that likely inspired the graphic on this tee.
Christ on a Crutch's music can easily be considered quintessential 90s hardcore. While they didn't gain much recognition outside of the scene, punk fans of the early 90s did appreciate their frenetic sound and in-your-face lyrics, which heavily criticized the political trends of the era.
Fits like a modern unisex adult large. There's a flaw on the front print and some spots on the back, see pics.
