This vintage tank top promotes the infamous restaurant chain Hooters, and it features their owl logo and the slogan "delightfully tacky, yet unrefined".  This particular tank is a souvenir from the location inside the Mall of America in Bloomington, Minnesota. The first ever Hooters was opened in Clearwater, Florida in 1983 and the Mall of America Hooters has been serving customers for nearly just as long. While the company boasts cold draft beer and delicious crispy wings, it's perhaps best known for the wait staff. Since its inception, the restaurant has used beautiful scantily clad waitresses as one of their primary selling points.
