This awesome bright red tee celebrates the Road Warriors, a pair of tag team wrestlers also known as the Legion of Doom. This shirt is copyright 1990, which was the year that the pair first joined the World Wrestling Federation. When they made their WWF debut, Vince McMahon chose to change their moniker, as he felt that too many wrestlers already had "warrior" in their title. Thus they became the Legion of Doom, although the team's individual persona names remained Road Warrior Hawk and Road Warrior Animal.

Hawk and Animal were known for their formidable physiques, which were much larger than most wrestlers in the early 90s. They also sported signature face paint and spiked armor, that was inspired by the over-the-top post-apocalyptic fashion of the 1981 Mad Max sequel The Road Warrior. This made the pair the first pro wrestlers to base their gimmick around a movie.

Fits like a modern unisex adult extra large. There is a tiny spot next to the graphic, see pics.
