This awesome shirt pays tribute to one of the most iconic DC Comics characters of the 90s, the delightfully edgy, interstellar mercenary known as Lobo. This shirt features a sweet print from Graphitti, that recreates a back patch worn by Lobo that reads, "Bite Me Fanboy". The patch was famously featured on the cover of the 1992 comic Lobo's Back #1. Lobo's Back was a four-issue mini series that followed the first eponymous mini series starring the character. It was during this era, that Lobo was drawn by Simon Bisley, an artist also known for ABC Warriors and Slaine.
Bisley was integral to redesigning Lobo in a way that had comic fans totally enamored. He introduced a rugged biker aesthetic and was even responsible for creating Lobo's canine companion, Dawg. Lobo's Back was a quintessential work published during the height of the character's popularity. The storyline saw Lobo die and fight his way back from both heaven and hell. It also featured the dark humor and over-the-top violence that came to define the character.
Fits like a modern unisex adult Extra Large. There's some fading and discoloration throughout, see pics.
