This vintage tee celebrates some of the greatest Black leaders of the 20th century, and it reads, "Marcus Malcolm Martin Marley Mandela and Me". Pictured in front of the continent of Africa are Marcus Garvey, Malcolm X, Martin Luther King Jr., Bob Marley, and Nelson Mandela. This design is also sometimes seen printed with the phrase, "It's a Black thing, you wouldn't understand".  This shirt is designed to offer a vintage celebration of Pan-Africanism. While only some of the leaders pictured identified themselves as advocates for Pan-Africanism, all of them shared the common goal of fighting against racial disparity.

The shirt represents leaders from different walks of indigenous life, including both native Africans and those from colonized areas like America and the Caribbean. By featuring a variety of  Black rights advocates, this shirt emphasizes one of the core values of Pan-Africanism, the solidarity between those of African descent.
