This sweet shirt commemorates an event from 1993 called Family Fest, which looks to have been a part of the annual Topeka Railroad Days that were held at what used to be known as Forbes Field. Every Labor Day weekend, Topeka Railroad Days brought together huge crowds of railroad enthusiasts, and the event showcased locomotives from both local and guest railways. The back of this tee highlights one of those locomotives, the C40-8W No. 905 which belonged to the Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe Railway.
