This cool vintage tee reps the fashion house Stussy, which was established in Laguna Beach during the early 80s. The brand was created by surfboard shaper, Shawn Stussy, who used to mark his boards with what would eventually become the Stussy logo. Over time he began putting the logo on various apparel, that he would sell out of his car, and the Stussy logo started to become a well-recognized symbol within the surf community.

This shirt features a graphic that refers to the Stussy Rat Pack, likely as a cheeky nod to Stussy's friend Frank Sinatra Jr., who helped the brand expand into a streetwear staple and global phenomenom. Sinatra was an accountant who was able to handle the business and financial operations of the company, while Stussy focused on the designs. Although Sinatra had no relation to the famous jazz singer, the brand still chose to reference the informal group of A-list entertainers from the 50s and 60s.

Fits like a modern unisex adult large. This shirt is soft and distressed with holes and spots, see pics.
