This incredible tee pays tribute to The Church, or La Chiesa a 1989 film produced by the Italian master of horror, Dario Argento. The movie centers around a Gothic cathedral that is haunted by the spirits of the massacred occultists that is was built over, and it details the chaos that ensues when an unwitting librarian ventures into the church's catacombs and accidentally unleashes the demonic forces contained within.

The movie is prime example of Italo horror, and it was the second feature film to be directed by Michele Soavi, a frequent collaborator of Argento. The pair first worked together on Tenebrae, and Soavi later came to be known for the darkly humorous horror romance Cemetary Man.

Early scripts for The Church supposedly began as drafts for a follow-up to Argento and Lamberto Bava's Demons 2. As the story developed, Bava left to focus on other projects and the script was finished with the help of Soavi and Franco Ferrini, who had also helped to write both Demons and its sequel.

This amazing tee features double sided graphics of some of the horrific demons featured in the film, and the back reads, "The evil within these walls is worse than any plague, it's worse than the black death".

Fits like a modern unisex adult oversized large. There is a thinning line down the right side when wearing, see pics.
