This sweet double-sided concert t-shirt is from a 1990 tour held by the iconic rock band ZZ Top. The band first started playing together all the way back in 1969, and their lineup remained unchanged right up until the 2021 death of bassist Dusty Hill, making them the longest running band with an unchanged lineup in history.

While ZZ Top's sound has evolved significantly over the years to adapt to various music trends, they have remained well known thanks to their upbeat live performances and signature style, primarily Dusty Hill and Billy Gibbons' hats, sunglasses, and impressively long beards.

The concert tour commemorated by this shirt was to promote the band's tenth studio album, Recycler, which was the last album the band released that featured a more synthesizer-driven sound. Singles from the album included "Give It Up", "Burger Man", and the three Album Rock Tracks number one hits "Doubleback", "Concrete and Steel", and "My Head's in Mississippi". An old west style version of the song "Doubleback" was used in the Robert Zemeckis film Back to the Future Part III.

ZZ Top had been asked to write the song for the movie and when they heard that filming was taking place nearby, the band decided to swing by the set. The group was impressed by the full scale western town that had been built for shooting, and Dusty Hill managed to persuade Zemeckis to give the band a cameo in the movie. Hill was quoted telling Zemeckis, "it looks like we belong in this movie. I mean you don't hardly even need to use makeup on us."
