This awesome shirt is a piece of promotional merch for the 2005 hip hop album The Mouse and the Mask. The record remains the only studio album ever released by the supergroup known as Danger Doom, which was a collaboration between the artists Dangers Mouse and MF Doom. The album was also created through a collab with the Adult Swim programming block from Cartoon Network. To create the beats, Danger Mouse sampled music from several Adult Swim series, and voice actors like Dana Snyder and Dave Willis recorded dialogue as their characters specifically for the album.

In addition to featuring the voices of iconic Adult Swim characters like Master Shake, Space Ghost, and Harvey Birdman, the album also featured guest appearances from artists like Ghostface Killah, Talin Kweli, and Money Mark. Cartoon Network heavily promoted the album and it was used to promote Adult Swim's fall programming schedule for 2005.
