This awesome tee promotes the sketch comedy series, The Kids in the Hall. This shirt includes the quote "here to serve you... and Satan!!" and features double-sided graphics referencing The Pit of Ultimate Darkness. This classic sketch was a horror-themed show within a show, hosted by Sir Simon Milligan and his manservant Hecubus.

The Pit of Ultimate Darkness was one of many recurring sketches that was featured on The Kids in the Hall, and the segment starred Kevin McDonald and Dave Foley. Apparently the original script had called for McDonald to play Hecubus, but he switched his role, as McDonald wanted to be the star of the bit. Funnily enough, Hecubus wound up being the more memorable character, a fact that the other Kids in the Hall cast members used to tease McDonald about.

The Kids in the Hall was the creation of the Canadian comedy troupe of the same name. The series premiered in 1988, and in addition to McDonald and Foley, the cast also featured Mark McKinney, Bruce McCulloch, and Scott Thompson.
